• Free shipping (orders over $50) via EMS: 15-25 business days after shipment
• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees – factors beyond our control may affect delivery
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information – incorrect addresses may result in additional charges or non-delivery

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your costume! If you need to return or exchange an item:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
• For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Costume masks (e.g., A Nightmare on Elm Street, Batman masks)
  • Special effect contact lenses
  • Costume makeup and prosthetics
  • Underwear and hosiery
  • Any item that has been worn, altered, or damaged
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return
