Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) and offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Carriers: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available on orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your costume! If something isn’t quite right, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging (if possible) with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product, and standard shipping charges will apply.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Costume masks (e.g., A Nightmare on Elm Street, Batman masks)
  • Special effect contact lenses
  • Costume makeup and prosthetics
  • Underwear and hosiery
  • Any item that has been worn, altered, or damaged

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns

We accept international returns (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with the return shipment. These costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your costume arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective items.
